How to Register:
1. Register for the program through:

– Facebook
– Email
2. Provide the following information to the Sales and Service Coordination (SSC) Department:
– Company name and Tax Code
– Factory address
– Your full name & position, phone number, and email contact
– Machine information: Brand, model & serial number, machine’s nameplate
– Images or videos showing the machine’s issue (if available)
3. Confirmation and Scheduling:
– SSC will contact you to confirm the information and discuss the survey schedule.
4. Service Execution:
– Our Sales and Service Team will visit the factory to perform the survey and provide corresponding solutions.
